Help is just a phone call away with the Hotline Referral Program.
Through the Hotline Referral Program, you can screen and refer clients or patients with food insecurity to our Food Resource Hotline through an online referral form. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will follow up to connect your client or patient to available nutrition programs and resources.
Starting your referral partnership is quick and easy, just email Carly Caprio, our Hotline Manager, to get started.
What is the Food Resource Hotline?
The free Food Resource Hotline (855-855-4626) is open Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm with extended hours on Wednesday from 8am-6pm and helps Coloradans across the state connect with food and nutrition resources. The Hotline is statewide, toll-free and available to all Coloradans, regardless of legal status, in 150+ languages. All caller information is confidential.
Our Hotline Navigators:
- Help Coloradans navigate federal and charitable food programs
- Screen callers for all federal nutrition assistance programs
- Assist Coloradans with Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) applications, by phone
- Provide geographically-based referrals based on each caller’s needs
